Marcie Rodriguez is a seasoned school finance and operations leader with over 25 years of experience serving Arizona’s public education system. She currently serves as Deputy Superintendent of Peoria Unified School District, where she oversees fiscal strategy and business services for one of the state’s largest districts.
Her career spans a wide range of leadership roles, including Assistant Superintendent of Business Services at West-MEC, Chief Financial Officer at Cave Creek Unified School District, and Executive Director of Finance at Agua Fria Union High School District. She has also held senior financial leadership positions at ASU Preparatory Academy, Dysart Unified, and Avondale Elementary School District. Earlier in her career, Marcie directed school finance at the Arizona Department of Education, shaping state-level funding practices and compliance systems.
Throughout her career, Marcie has built a reputation for fiscal integrity, operational excellence, and collaborative leadership. She has successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, guided bond and override initiatives, and implemented innovative business practices to strengthen financial sustainability across diverse educational settings.
