Jim DiCello

James (Jim) DiCello is a Certified Public Accountant with over four decades of experience in public finance, education, and consulting. He currently leads his own firm, James DiCello, CPA, P.L.L.C., providing tax services and lobbying support for multiple Arizona school districts. Previously, he served as Assistant Superintendent for Business at Paradise Valley Unified School District, overseeing a $175 million budget and managing finance, payroll, technology, and government relations. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at the Arizona Department of Education, where he developed the first audit guide for CPA compliance under the Single Audit Act.

A recognized leader in school business management, Mr. DiCello has held key positions with the Valley Schools organizations and the Arizona Association of School Business Officials, and he continues to serve on various boards and committees. He has authored numerous articles on school finance and presented nationally at Association of School Business Officials International conferences. Outside of his professional work, Jim enjoys golf, running, and hiking. He and his wife are proud parents and grandparents, cherishing time with their family.
